Every
Adnilco Stained Glass panel is unique.
Each panel
is the result of meticulous planning and in-depth communication with the
customer.
A
customer's sketch or photograph is often used to develop the initial design
concept. However, almost any medium will do - from a swatch of cloth to a
verbal description (see examples).
Once the
design has been agreed upon, a full scale sketch is created by the artist in a
preliminary color scheme. The sketch is presented to the customer for approval
or adjustments, along with sample glass pieces indicative of the colors and
textures. The sketch is used to assure correct fit and becomes the template
for the pattern.
Upon final
approval by the customer, a 30% deposit is required.
Average
delivery time is 2 months from the time of deposit, depending on factors such
as time of the year, glass availability, and project size. As the piece moves
t oward completion, periodic progress updates are provided to the customer. For
medium to large commissions, a "Customer's Web Page" is created featuring
almost daily photographic updates. By accessing the page,
customers can monitor their commission's progress.
"
Customer satisfaction is Adnilco's primary goal. At Adnilco, we feel
communication is the key to attaining this goal."...Linda
