The insert at the left shows an example of using standard mirror clips, like those used to hold a bathroom mirror to a wall, to hold a stained glass panel in place, in an opening.

In the detail below, note that the clips are used to press the piece against the existing window, not capture it as they normally would when hanging a wall mirror.
